Weekly Rate for a 6 night stay is $1,500.00 + Tax.  The Rental Rate and signed contract is due and payable 7 days prior to check in. Note: Santa Cruz County requires by law a 14% Minimum Occupancy Tax. Security Deposit shall be $100.00 dollars. The security deposit shall be refunded within 7 days of checkout date provided that no deductions are made for damage to the property or other costs incurred by the Homeowner due to the Guest’s stay. Rendering of the Security Deposit is necessary to secure your RESERVATION. Pet fee shall be a $20.00/day. Cancellation Policy: If the  guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the DEPOSIT will be refunded as follows: • 100% if cancelled at least 7 days prior to Check-In. • 50% if cancelled less than 7 days prior to Check-In. Insurance: We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance.  Credit Cards: Visa & Mastercard Accepted. Mt Hermon Family Camp attendees and other Mt. Hermon event participants will receive a 5% discount. Please discuss this with the owners. Note: the owners have NO business relationships with Mt. Hermon Association but do wish to support their efforts and make it economically feasible to attend. Please note that while the cabin is very close to the field house it is 0.2 miles from the main center--A pleasant 5 minute level walk however. Never-the-less the cabin is best suited for families that desire increased privacy and plan to prepare their own meals. It has added appeal for those who wish to bring their PETS or those that desire TV/DVD. Prior to Signing the contract please review the CABIN RULES as outlined on this web site. Your contract signature confirms that you will adhere to all rules. Please also open the FLOOR PLAN PDF attached below to ensure that the cabin space and layout will meet your needs. The contract should be mailed/ faxed or emailed to the owners. A cell phone photo of the contract document emailed will surfice if necessary. A signed copy will be returned.
