People other than those in the Guest Party set forth in the contract may not stay overnight in the property. Guests shall not exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit.  Guests should not create excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors. The Cabin is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables by the guest or those invited to use the premises. Guests will keep property and all furnishings in good order and only use the appliances as intended. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and the pet portion in the contract must be completed. There is a pet fee. Mt. Hermon does have a leash law. The cabin does have an enclosed dog run approximately 8X16 ft under the deck. There is a covered pet kennel & 2 dog crates. We request that dogs be safely placed in the owners absence to prevent damage to the cabin interior and deck. The pet owner is responsible for removal of all excrement and is resonsible for damage caused by the pet. The guest will not remove any belongings of the owners that are on the premises. Please water our garden if you have time, as the plants will Thank You. Lastly the sewer system is via septic tanks. Please DO NOT FLUSH anthing other than toilet paper. Housekeeping There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and towels are included in the cabin rental but daily maid service is not. We do suggest that you bring a beach towel and extra towels and linens for emergency use. We do not permit removal of towels and linens from the unit. Garbage The guest is responsible for removal of all garbage from the premises. 3 Garbage cans numbered 19 are on the street below the cabin. The cans are divided into disposable, recycled and yard waste. Check In & Check Out Times Check In Time is after 4:00 P.M. the first night of your stay. Check Out time is 10:00 A.M. after your final night. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact the owners.
